Faj.ae respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement and provides instructions for submitting notices and counter-notices.
Our Commitment to Intellectual Property
Faj.ae publishes content covering various aspects of chronicle, from financial analysis to technical infrastructure and cultural trends. We expect all users and contributors to uphold intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited on our platform.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content published on Faj.ae infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. A valid notice must include specific information to allow us to locate the material and contact the claimant. We investigate all valid notices and take appropriate action.
Please send your complete notice to our designated Copyright Agent at [email protected]. A proper DMCA notice requires all the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Faj.ae to locate the material. Providing URLs is the best way to help us find content.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Faj.ae to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the claim of infringement. We forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant.
Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. The counter-notification must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that Faj.ae removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before its removal or disablement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Faj.ae may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy
